Myron Matt Hrychuk

February 15, 1951 - September 25, 2024

It is with broken hearts that the family of Myron Hrychuk announces his passing on September 25, 2024.

Myron is predeceased by his father Michael, mother Marjorie and older brother Fred.  After Myron’s father passed away, Ed married Myron’s mom and loved her boys like his own.    

He will be lovingly remembered by his brothers Mike and Joe (Erica) and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Myron never had a sister, but Joe’s wife Erica filled that role wholeheartedly.

The family would like to thank the friends that Myron held dear to his heart for all their love and support during the good times and the hard times.

Myron loved to have a good time.  No matter where he was, he lit up the room with his infectious smile and endearing demeanor.  

Myron was a salesman by trade and he made lifelong friendships due to the caring nature in which he worked with his customers.  He was honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable, which are attributes that resonated with each and every person he dealt with.  

The family would like to thank the staff at the Grace and St. Boniface hospitals for all they did for Myron.  Your efforts were valiant and very much appreciated.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Myron’s name to the charity that is most important to you.

A private cremation will take place and it was Myron’s wish that no sad funeral be held.  He wanted his family and friends to cherish their best memories of him in a way that is meaningful to them.
