Branch & Pyre is a direct cremation service, which means we don’t offer “viewing” or visitation. We’ve found that many families are content to say goodbye to their loved one privately, whether that be at home, or at a hospital/hospice setting, instead of at a crematorium.

Once the cremation arrangements have been made, and the related legal forms have been filled out, you can expect to receive your loved one’s ashes returned to you within seven to ten days.

A Branch & Pyre staff member will hand-deliver the ashes back to the family home, at a scheduled appointment time. For families at longer distances, Registered Priority Post will be used.
