Robert Ferguson

August 6, 1956 - July 3, 2024

It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Robert at age 67 on July 3, 2024, peacefully and with family and friends by his side.

Robert (Bob/Bobby) was predeceased by his parents Donald and Marie.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of 44 years, Arlene, his mother-in-law Olive Burtniak; brothers, Donald (Lesley), Brian (Sandra) and Terry (Ruth); brother-in-law Calvin (Nadia); sister-in-law Audrey (Michael) and numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews, as well as the boss of the house his beloved dog KC.

Bob worked at the James Richardson International Airport for over 30 years before retiring as a foreman. He loved to travel…but only by car, even though (or because) he worked at the airport. Bob enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and just lazing in the sun. He took great pride in his yard and loved to work on it both in summer and winter. He loved his muscle cars and of course Nascar.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later time.
