Alan Edward Bell

November 29, 1957 - November 14, 2023

With deep love and profound sadness, we announce the passing, at his home on November 14th, of our much-loved brother and uncle, Alan Edward Bell.

Alan was predeceased by his parents Edward Bell and Suzanne (Hamonic) Bell and is survived by his seven siblings Robin Bell, Maxine (Ruffo) Schindler, Brian (Barbara) Bell, Colleen (Joe) Davis, Charlotte (Don) Roe, Bonnie Bell, and Jeannette (Richard) Lannon, and his many nieces and nephews.

He loved his family and treasured every minute spent with them. He was a kind-hearted, generous, loving, caring brother, and uncle. His nieces and nephews remember the many Christmases that he, along with Maxine, spent their time and money creating elaborate and, often complicated, treasure hunts that were the highlight of the family Christmas party.

We also could look forward to receiving a calendar from Al that was often tailored toward our specific interests. You knew you were all grown up when you received this sought-after gift for the first time! His weird and goofy sense of humour always caught you off guard and invited you in simultaneously. There was no one like him and he will be sadly missed.
